Our standard AMC Procedures:
System Acceptance
- This will immediately proceed after receiving the LPO.
- All defective devices which requires repair, replacement or programming will be submitted in a Separate quotation.
- The client has to approve the quotation to be able to rectify the snags and make the system ready for Civil Defense inspection.
Civil Defense Inspection and Contract Approval
- when the system is ready for inspection, Civil Defense will come to the site and evaluate/test the system. If they found satisfactory result, the contract will be stamped with approval.
Annual Maintenance of the System
- All systems mentioned in the scope of work will be regularly maintained as per the required number of visits following the NFPA standards and Civil Defense rules in maintaining fire protection systems.
